(I'm experimenting with my new phone... I hope this blog entry turns out OK.)
I downloaded an app for my phone called "SleepBot." I was hoping that it would help me improve my sleeping habits, but so far it's been more successful simply showing me how erratic my sleeping habits really are. Here's one if the graphs it provides:

According to SleepBot, I currently have 7.3 hours of sleep debt. "Knowing is half the battle," right? So, now that I know... I have to exercise self discipline and actually make things right.
On another note, it was my grandmother's 90th birthday the other day. She's an amazing, strong willed, musically talented, old school matriarch of the family.
